Main Material: 304 stainless steel with yellow ABS epoxy coating, 3mm thickness. The entire system is constructed from 304 stainless steel tubing with yellow epoxy coating.

The 260mm diameter, 0.6mm thick basin is paired with a 360-degree rotating showerhead. The rotating showerhead offers comprehensive coverage, meeting and exceeding US standards (requiring a showerhead diameter of 508mm at a height of 1524mm above the ground). The showerhead boasts a flow rate of 180L/minute, achieving coverage of a 508mm diameter at a height of 1524mm, fully meeting US standards for eyewash ranges.

304+ABS bright yellow spray coating, dual-protection, increases the eyewash's corrosion resistance in highly corrosive environments. Safe, clean, and hygienic. Contains more than 8 nickel.

Opening the lid dispenses water, and closing it shuts off dust and water flow (avoiding the easily lost chain-type dust covers found on the market).

The 1mm thick, enlarged straight-sided basin eschews the traditional eyewash basin design. The straight-sided basin is deeper, holds more water, and is less likely to overflow during use.

Adjustable flow device: The water flow rate can be adjusted at any time, effectively avoiding problems such as inconsistent water height and insufficient flow rate due to unstable water pressure. Please confirm that the water pressure on site reaches 0.25-0.4 MPa.

The upper and lower parts adopt two-piece ball valves, which are superior to the one-piece ball valves on the market. The large aperture can better meet the American standard requirements for the water flow rate of eyewashes, and can flush effectively and quickly.

Eyewash assembly: It is cast in one piece using a three-section stainless steel seamless steel pipe mold. It has a smooth surface, strong pressure resistance and a long service life. The eyewash assemblies on the market are basically made of ten sections welded together. They have many welds, a rough surface, are not pressure-resistant under working water pressure, are prone to cracking and leakage, and have a short service life.

Luminous push board: round and comfortable, without sharp corners, to prevent scratches on fingers, and equipped with a luminous sign to make it easier for people to find it.

Foot pedal: 304 stainless steel. When the injured person cannot open the eyewash station push plate with his hands, he can step on the foot pedal to turn on the eyewash switch and water will flow out.

1. Shower: Pull down the lever, and the shower water will spray out from the shower basin within 1 second, with a shower flow rate of 120-180 liters/min.

2. Eyewash Station: Push the handle to release aerosol eyewash water within 1 second. The water outlet height and angle are designed according to the human face, with a flow rate of 12-18 L/min. The required on-site water pressure must be 0.25-0.4 MPa.
