The 1mm thick enlarged straight-edge basin abandons the original traditional eyewash basin shape. The straight-edge basin is deeper and can hold more water. During actual use, it is less likely to overflow.
The adjustable flow device can adjust the water flow at any time, effectively avoiding problems such as inconsistent water height and insufficient flow to meet flushing requirements caused by unstable water pressure. Please confirm that the water pressure on site reaches 0.25-0.4 MPa.
The eyewash assembly is cast in one piece using a three-section stainless steel seamless steel pipe mold. It has a smooth surface, strong pressure resistance and a long service life. The eyewash assemblies on the market are basically made of ten sections welded together, with many welds, a rough surface, and are not pressure-resistant under working water pressure. They are prone to cracking and leakage, and have a short service life.
